Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Entry: For just £1.99, you can enter for a chance to showdown in Split or Steal!

2️⃣ The Prize Pot: The prize pool accumulates with every entry until the competition ends. The final prize will be the total pot, with 20% reserved for our operational fees.

3️⃣ Random Selection: Using a random name picker, two people will be chosen out of all of the entries on our live.

4️⃣ The Game begins: We will try and call both of the randomly selected players to ask them the big question! Split Or Steal? Here’s the twist — one mic will be muted when we present them with the question so the players don’t know each others answers!

(If you are a chosen player but we can’t contact you, we will randomly select a new player using the random name picker. SO MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS UP TO DATE ON YOUR ACCOUNT)

5️⃣ The Decision: The power lies in your hands. If both participants opt to split, they share the prize equally. But if one chooses to split and the other to steal, only the stealer walks away with the prize. If BOTH choose to steal, the prize pool will be used by us to go towards a charitable cause that we will then post about on our page!

  • You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
    • send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Phat Lads Competitions Ltd, Wood House, Etruria Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5NQ.
    • hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
    • include with your entry the following information:
      • your full name;
      • your address;
      • a contact telephone number and email address; and
      • your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).
    • incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
    • you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
    • by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
    • your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;
    • the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;
    • if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
